REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

As all L'ETO products are freshly prepared food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great pride in the quality and presentation of every item we prepare. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Each case is reviewed individually by our team. Where appropriate, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Please note that resolutions are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may not always result in a replacement or refund.

Our Preference

Where possible, we prefer to offer a replacement rather than a refund. This allows us to ensure you receive your order in the condition it deserves.
