Delivery Availability
All deliveries are subject to availability. We recommend placing your order in advance, particularly for custom cakes and celebration orders. Delivery slots may be limited during peak periods and public holidays.
Order Cutoff Times
Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM to be eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following available delivery date.
Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- L'ETO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
